New sales and support for energyPRO, energyTRADE and energyCHECK in the USA

We would like to welcome Reliability Efficiency & Optimization (REO) based in Miami, Florida, USA as the sales, implementation, training and support solution provider of the best-in-class energyPRO, energyTRADE and energyCHECK offline and real-time energy modeling and simulation software solutions to customers in the USA, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean islands.

REO is an independent company and has since 2006 provided energy efficiency and optimization solutions as well as associated energy service and consultancy based on hydraulic modeling in the USA and Canada as well as other energy solutions and consultancy in Latin America to a broad portfolio of leading utilities, operators, university and Federal campuses. The portfolio of software solutions and energy consultancy include Danfoss, NIRAS and AVEVA.

Thomas Lund-Hansen is a seasoned entrepreneur in the energy and IT security space. Prior to founding REO in 2006 Thomas served successful real-time software and system solution vendors in the Energy space since 1987 at Siemens and B&K Vibro holding positions as VP of Global Marketing & Business Development, VP of EMEA Sales. He has worked with modeling and simulation, automation and process control & monitoring systems (DCS, SCADA and CMS) for nuclear, thermal and hydro power plants and electricity as well as thermal transmission and distribution networks. He has 30+ years of experience of introducing new innovative and industry standard setting real-time software system solutions worldwide.

Thomas earned the bachelor of mechanical engineering degree from the Engineering University of Copenhagen, Denmark, and the University of South Carolina, SC. He received an MBA degree from the European University, Montreux, Switzerland and Barcelona, Spain. He is a registered professional engineer and frequent speaker at national and international conferences.
