You can meet our colleague Morten Lybech Thøgersen at stand no. 6 where he will demonstrate our ICING model.

With EMD-WRF OD ICING, you can calculate and assess icing losses from windPRO – you only need to provide geographical location and time period.

From windPRO you can directly request icing estimates from the EMD-WRF On-Demand services.  Modelled timeseries of ice growth, ice load, instrumental and meteorological icing meeting the industry standards are available alongside the raw WRF dataset specifically configured for icing purposes.
