Official Statement on Cybersecurity Incident
We can now confirm that no customer data was compromised during the recent cyberattack on EMD International A/S.
Following a thorough investigation conducted in close collaboration with our external IT security partner, we are relieved to report that the breach was contained, and no unauthorized access to customer data occurred.
The attack targeted our internal infrastructure and website server, which have now been fully secured. Our software solutions and customer databases, remained unaffected throughout the incident.
We take data security extremely seriously, and this incident has only strengthened our commitment. We are implementing additional security measures and accelerating improvements to both our systems and protocols. In handling the situation, we have followed the regulatory guidelines from the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) and taken all necessary steps to comply with data protection laws.
